Description
This is a beautiful English country estate that belonged to my great grandfather in Somerset, England (now United Kingdom). My grandmother painted it many years ago, but because the colors had badly faded and become washed out she had hidden it away in her private collection of paintings... not wanting anyone to see them.
For the past twenty years I didn't know how to restore them either, and had them in envelopes to protect them from further damage... until I recently learned how to use Photoshop!
Now if she could only see that her faded painting has been restored! Yes, by digitally enhancing this image I was able to bring this beautiful painting back to life again... along with the memories of my family history and childhood.♥
