Description
This is an semi-abstract watercolor of a deep purple iris that is a smaller creation of a much larger watercolor painting entitled "The Aroma of Grace". I used Photoshop to digitally change the color and give an interesting texture to the iris and background because I wanted to create a bold image that would focus on the abstract beauty of this flower. It reminds me of the irises I grew in my English garden back in California.♥
