Description
This in an altered version of the original watercolor "Erasing Dark Shadows" that was a fall scene I painted at an earlier time in my life when I was going through some dark unknowns. This version is a winter night scene done in black and white contrasting the deep shadows in the mountains and valley against the white snow on the distant mountains.
This scene reminds me of some of the lyrics of the song "God on the Mountain" by Lynda Randle. "For the God on the mountain is still God in the valley... "The God of the day is still God in the night".♥
