Description
"Winter Wonders" is a another version of "By Dawn's Early Light". Now the fall season has changed and winter has come to the woodland duck pond bringing with it the first snowfall of the year...What.an unexpected surprise for the ducks who will soon learn to enjoy the freshly fallen snow.
I love to create mood paintings that speak to our hearts and lift our spirits so that we may escape into the wonderful world of art where we are free to roam the woodland and joyfully take in the wonders and beauty of God's creation.
As I look at this peaceful scene it brings back many fond memories of when I was a kid growing up in England, and how much I use to love to feed the ducks every time we would go to the park. I use to love to watch the ducks dive into the water after the bread. Although most of them tried to out swim one another to get to the bread first there was always those slower ducks who preferred to wait for me to throw the food directly at them so they wouldn't have to work at getting fed! So I always made sure the slower ducks got fed, too.♥
